Prices per room including taxes

Higher prices for short stays at week- ends on request.

Reduction for children together with 2 or more adults in the same room 7,50 €

We offer a substantial breakfast for 9 € for each person (children 6 €).

Use of the kitchen, the fireplace and the garden are included in the price.

Free parking and internet access (dsl, wlan).

Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.

Pets are not permitted because of people suffering from allergies.

Fees in case of cancellation:
10% of the price for the accommodation until 46 days before the arranged date of arrival,
25 % from 45 days before arrival,
50 % from 30 days before arrival,
75 % from 15 days before arrival,
90 % from   7 days before arrival.

We recommend you purchase a travel cancellation insurance.

  5 % discount for 3 or 4 nights from sunday to friday
10 % discount for 5 nights and arrival on sunday

Low season offer (01 Jan-20 Mar & 04 Nov-20 Dec 2012):
25 % discount for 2 or more nights from sunday to friday
30 % discount for 3 - 5 nights and arrival on sunday
